Welcome to FITOPIA… a Whole New Way of Fitness.
We are Cincinnati’s ONLY Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) based fitness studio, based in West Chester, where we use state-of-the-art equipment to workout our clients. Our Certified Personal Trainers lead each workout session that enable clients to work out at their comfort level. The machines deliver impulses to your muscles that simulate a 90-minute conventional workout…in just 20 minutes!
The stimulation is so effective that the clients experience 51,000 muscle contractions (slow-twitch and fast-twitch muscles) and burn 1130 calories with each 20 minute workout. All of our workouts are designed to affect minimal impact on your joints – leaving you feeling refreshed, reenergized and inspired. Whether you’re an athlete, non-athlete, elderly, in post-rehab recovery, or simply a person with little time, FITOPIA is the perfect place to be if you want to lose weight, tone muscles and get fit faster.
In ONLY 20 MINUTES, you will experience one of the fastest, most efficient and effective workouts on the planet. Join our FITOPIA family today. The better, stronger, fitter you begins…NOW.
