Led by Certified Personal Trainers, our workouts engage over 95% of your muscles, compared to 60% at a conventional gym. Depending on fitness level, our clients burn up to 500 calories in just 20 minutes and an additional 630 calories over next 48 hours. Low-to-no impact and lower weights ensure minimal impact on joints, back and knees.

Small Group Classes
