FITOPIA began with our own family.
Like many middle-aged parents, we were watching the people we love face very different challenges with fitness and strength.
Our daughter was an aspiring basketball player who wanted to become stronger and improve her performance. Our aging parents were finding it increasingly difficult to maintain muscle, strength and mobility.
And we had our own challenges—a shoulder injury, unwanted weight gain, busy schedules and the desire to look and feel stronger ourselves. We started searching for something that could work for all of us. That search led us to E-Stim Fitness.
We knew we couldn’t be the only family looking for a better way. So we created FITOPIA around a few simple principles.
Results matter. With consistency and proper nutrition, you should begin to feel results in 4–6 sessions and see them in as few as 7–8. It must build real strength—whether you’re an athlete looking for an edge, a golfer or tennis player wanting to improve performance, or simply someone who wants to be stronger for everyday life.
